The Snake

The post below mentions my kids' love for playing family. While I was at the store (Sept.22), I noticed that Ben, in the shopping cart, was holding the dishwasher soap really close and holding a few other items close too. I asked him what he was doing and his response was playing family. Each thing by him in the cart had a part to play in the family. The dish washer soap you see him holding in his hands in the picture below was the snake in the family. I can't remember what everything else was. He told me he was giving the people in his family a hug right when I asked him what he was doing. It was funny to hear him talk and ask questions to "his family" as I finished my shopping. He talked to his family so lovingly. He wanted to hold the soap in the car on the way home and continued to talk to it. It was too funny and a good laugh for me. I can not say that he does not have an imagination!
